As a certified Working Genius facilitator, I provide assessments, analysis, and workshops that transform how teams appreciate and use their Individual strengths as well as the strengths of their team members.

The 6 Types of Working Genius, based on Patrick Lencioni’s three decades of experience, is a model that helps people discover their natural gifts and thrive in their work and life. It is an ingenious antidote to burnout and bridges stubborn gaps in team communication and empathy. Most of all, it’s incredibly accessible—facilitating ah-ha moments within minutes and shared language and lessons that are easily applicable from the first session forward.
